Excited to practice yoga with you and your little, mama!
ABOUT EVENT
Mama & Me Yoga is lead by our host, Jenni! She received her yoga teaching credentials while living in San Diego and has enjoyed bringing these free classes to our community. Littles are welcome! They can hang out if their strollers, join in the yoga practice or sometimes they pull Mom away to the playground. It's a very low-key, easy going class with zero judgement.

TIMELINE
9:00 am - Greenwood Park will be our meet-up location. Your hosts, Jenni and Tiffany, will arrive around 9:00 am for meet & greets, FAQs, etc. This will allow for all mamas interested in practicing yoga together extra time to arrive and get situated.
9:10 am - Yoga begins for any mamas interested.
10:00 am - Yoga ends, then we'll wrap up with a few laps around the park.
