This is a free event in which we are collaborating with Tiffany Harlan Fitness! We will meet to do a 45 minute bootcamp style workout in the park. Please bring your own mat and dumbells if you have them. And of course your little one in a stroller!
We will meet in the middle of the park just south of the big hill. Please park in the parking lot near the cottonwood shelter (circled on map). We will be gathered just north on the other side of the shelter before starting (the x on map).
