Hey Mama's!
Join us for a mom only workout with Sarah Reiman! She will be leading us through a fun circuit style workout. There will be 4-5 stations with 2 exercises per station. All exercises can be modified to accommodate any fitness level!
We will meet near the playground & pavilion. There are 2 parking lots available on either side of the playground.

A little bit about Sarah:
Sarah Reiman, a Bloomington resident since 2020, has worked as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and running coach. She loves all fitness, but is most passionate about running and strength training. She also is interested in sustainability, cooking, and good coffee. She currently stays home with her kids and enjoys getting out in the world with them.
