Join us for a FAMILY walk at Triumph Park in Waukee and end with a playdate at the playground. Strength and Stillness Physical Therapy & Wellness will also be available for a core and pelvic floor workshop post walk! Meet at the shelter by 9:30 - the walk will start at 9:45!
