The saunas are a mix of ISO saunas (30 minute workouts) and HIIT saunas (15 minute workouts).
There are 8 saunas, and 3 moms/sauna. There is also a separate FX Zone to workout in. You are also welcome to hang out in the lobby area if you're wanting to relax/take a break. :)
