Join us for a free baby and toddler group class sponsored by Roots Rising. Get a chance to check out the class ran by Connor who host the mom walk Sebastopol. Her class is for children ages 0-5. She will activities, songs, stories, music, and so much more!
After class, we will then head out on a walk by the Laguna trail and talk more with Patricia, who runs The Fit Pelvic Floor. She is excited to educate us on all things pevic floor health.
