Training experienced agents to Mentor newly licensed agents through their first transactions, understanding and completing brokerage agreements & contracts, understanding & utilizing available systems and tools, business planning & goal setting, transaction navigation & problem solving, and how to establish a rewarding & successful real estate career.
Learning Objective: Provide guidelines to Agents, Brokers, Realtors® and non-Realtors to ensure consistency and continuity in the Mentor Program. Upon completion, Mentors will be able to:
1. Understand and implement the Mentor Program
2. Train Mentees to property navigate brokerage & contract documents
3. Assist Mentees in developing Listing and Buyer Presentations
4. Guide Mentees in completing post licensing education
5. Answer questions about widely-available systems (ie: FMLS, GAMLS, Realist, GSCCCA.org, VoicePad, RDocs, Transaction Desk, etc…)
6. Effectively practice dialog and scripts with Mentees
7. Provide support and guidance through real estate transactions
