Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) are a set of 7 simple exercises that regulate your nervous system, by teaching it how to safely tremor. This tremoring brings your body and mind back into balance and restores a sense of calm and well-being. As you release stored tension and trauma from your body, you'll experience a newfound freedom and lightness. Your muscles will relax, your mind will think more clearly and your body will feel more at ease, allowing for better circulation and optimal functioning of vital bodily systems.
This is the Jan 2025 class session, running on Wednesday Evenings 6-7PM from 1/8-1/29, 2025 at our office at 3480 W Market St. Suite 205, Fairlawn, OH 44333.
You may bring your own mat or use one of ours. You may also want to bring water.
