This workshop is a great introduction to the wonderful world of carving a spoon or spatula straight from a sustainably sourced log. You will be shown how to safely use a small axe and knife to carve useful and everyday kitchen goodies. All tools and materials are provided, and no experience is needed. Just turn up and whittle away :)

Jeff Donne is one of Australia's best known spoon carvers with many years of carving and teaching under his belt. He teaches the traditional method of spoon carving where a small axe and a sharp knife are used to slice away layers of wood from a freshly cut log. It's pure analogue bliss!
