In July 2010, Archbishop Hudson was selected by Archbishop Roy E. Brown, founding father of Pilgrim Assemblies International to be consecrated to the office of Bishop. On April 5, 2016, Archbishop Hudson was enthroned as Chief Prelate and Presiding Bishop of Pilgrim Assemblies International, Inc. Archbishop Hudson has served as an evangelist and ministered in over 40 states in the United States, and has preached Internationally.

Bishop Pat McKinstry is the Pastor of Worship Center Church in Toledo, OH. Bishop McKinstry’s evangelism has taken her across the United States and internationally. In 2019, she gracefully celebrated Kingdom service in ministry for 60 years, pastoring for 30 years, and happily married for 50 years. She is the Publisher of four CDs that deal with the protocol of Prayer, Praise, and Worship: The newest released in 2015 entitled, “A Prayer of a Preacher for the Preacher”. The second CD is titled, “In the Prayer Garden with Dr. Pat”. It is an audio series of “War Dance-Undignified Praise,” and she has a CD of prophetic songs entitled, “It’s a New Day”. Included in Bishop McKinstry’s list of memoirs is a book entitled “Praise Break”, and in 2019, the release of an updated version entitled, “It’s Time for a Praise Break.’ In 2020, Bishop released a third book entitled, “PASTORS: We Still Need Them,” and another book release in 2021 entitled, “Know What You Are Doing When You Do What You Do!”

Bishop James E. Dukes began his pilgrimage of faith early in life. This faith walk has taken him through many trials, tribulations, celebrations and victories. On March 18, 1995, he surrendered to the mandate on his life and began a journey of recovery from a life in the streets. He has become a world-renowned motivational speaker in the 12 Step Program. Pastor Marcia Livingston the First Lady of Life Changers Church in Decatur, Illinois and the United Covenant Churches of Christ. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration. She has been trained in jail and prison outreach, street evangelism, youth outreach, and in hospital and nursing home outreach.
Pastor Livingston is the Business Manager of Robertson Charter School, with 300 students and nearly 50 employees. In this role, she oversees transportation, facilities, human resources and the business office. She is a Certified Grant Writer and has served with the American Business Women’s Association. She is a prolific speaker and she mentors women and girls in personal development.
Marcia Livingston is the Executive Director of Life Changers Community Development Corporation and Life Changers Credit Counseling Service. The credit counseling service provides free or low cost financial, housing and credit counseling to residents of Decatur. She was the former President of the Decatur Boys and Girls Club.
Her husband, Bishop G.E. Livingston, is the founding pastor of Life Changers Church and the Presiding Prelate of the United Covenant Churches of Christ.
