Sign up as a team to compete in the USA Basketball Gaming Showdown, a 2-day virtual tournament played on NBA 2K25’s Pro-Am mode.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Signup: Teams must consist of 5 unique players, with only one sign-up per team by the Team Captain
- Streaming: 1 Player per team is required to stream all tournament matches and provide stream link via registration
- Location: Event is hosted in the United States and all players must be located in the North American region to be eligible to compete.
- Entry fee: $50 per team
Tournament features include:
- Cash prize of $3,500 will be distributed among the first and second-place finishers:
- 1st place: $2,500
- 2nd place: $1,000
- USA Basketball gear package given through random drawings
- Package for two (2) teams
- NBA 2K 25 games given through random drawings
- Two (2) teams will receive five (5) copies of NBA 2K25 each
- Console version of game will vary
Format:
The 2-day tournament will follow a single-elimination bracket format with matches played as a Best-of-3 series. Teams will be soft-ranked using historical pro-am player data (where available), with all matchups and seedings randomly selected. Unless specified, the tournament will adhere to the Unified Pro-Am (“UPA”) rulebook for all rules and regulations.
*All 2024 USA Basketball E-National Team players are not eligible to compete.
