As you embark on a new research project, this Web of Science workshop for UHN staff, students and researchers will provide strategies to help you answer the following questions:

  •         Am I using all the data available to help put the pieces together?
  •         My topic is highly interdisciplinary—is my search strategy comprehensive enough?
  •         Are there similar research published on this topic in less familiar fields?
  •         Who are the prominent researchers, institutions and funders in this field?
  •         Whom can I collaborate with? Are they highly cited?

Laptops are helpful but not required for this workshop.

Refreshments will be provided.

UHN Libraries

UHN's Strategic Research Initiatives Development (StRIDe, formerly known as Research Communications) is a small team that brings together research experience and expertise. We work to develop large-scale institutional grants and other proposals/documents that align with and build upon the strategic research priorities at UHN.
