The SHM Utah Chapter will be hosting an in-person event on Wednesday, August 23rd at 6:00 p.m. MT at Finca in Salt Lake City, UT to celebrate August Civic Health Month. Please join the chapter for networking and for an educational presentation provided by Dr. Ron Greeno and Dr. Alister Martin.
The Utah Chapter invites all District 10 Chapters (Arizona, Hawaii, New Mexico and Utah) to join for the presentation virtually over Zoom at 7:00 p.m MT. The Zoom Meeting information will be located in your registration confirmation email.
The Society of Hospital Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.The Society of Hospital Medicine designates this in-person activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM.
