The BHCOA would like to invite BHC and local business owners to participate in The Vendor Row at the upcoming Harvest Safety Festival taking place on Saturday, October 13th in Tumlinson Park. (Previously the 8th Annual Smoke Out Crime Cook-off Festival.)

When: Saturday, October 13, 2016
Event time: 12pm - 4pm
Arrival: Vendors must arrive for set-up no later than 11:30am.
Departure: Vendors are asked to stay until the end of the event at 4pm. Please contact Corin at coringenee@yahoo.com if you need to discuss an early departure.
What to bring: Your table(s), chair(s), tent/canopy, materials, sales items, and especially any interactive games/give-aways to draw-in your potential customers. We would like to offer a very interactive experience to festival goers. Vendors are encouraged to highlight any "security/safety" aspects of your business to tie into our crime prevention theme.
On-site vendor location: Your vendor booth area will be marked-off upon your arrival. Vendor row will be located in the Tumlinson Park parking lot in front of Walker House. Upon arrival on Saturday, October 13th, check the parkng lot for the sign with your company name marking your spot. All booth spaces can accomodate the size of a 6ft table - if you need more space than this, please contact Corin at coringenee@yahoo.com by October 7th.
Unloading: TIP: the earlier you arrive, the easier it will be to unload and set-up, as parking along the street becomes very congested closer to 11am. Vendors can arrive early in the morning to set-up, and are welcome to leave, then return at 11:30am. The BHCOA will not be able to watch your booth, and is not responsible for your set-up during your absence.
Parking: Parking is available along Block House Creek Dr. Please DO NOT park your car in the Tumlinson parking lot, on Tumlinson's grass or pathways, at the water tower, or block any driveways/entrances/exits to the park. We need to move emergency vehicles in and out throughout the event. Thank you!
Registration: In order to receive a booth space on Vendor Row, all vendors must register on this website. Unregistered vendors will not have an assigned space the day of the event.
Sponsorship/Contribution: An optional contribution of $25 or more is requested to help fund this community building event. Contributing vendors will have their business name mentioned by the DJ during the event, and will be mentioned in post-event publications which will be sent out to residents.
Independent Consultants: Only the first independent consultant from any nationally known home-based business to register will be accepted (e.g., Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc.).
