GATRA 2020 Virtual Conference Sponsor Form
The Georgia Tumor Registrars Association is hosting a virtual educational conference November 2-6, 2020. We are currently organizing the comprehensive 5-day event and are planning for over 100 registrants.
This conference provides a much-needed avenue for continuing education for cancer data professionals and allows them to stay current on abstracting and coding guidelines that impact complete and accurate cancer data reporting. The conference also offers an opportunity for obtaining continuing education credits that are required for cancer data professionals to maintain their certification.
The GATRA Education Committee invites you to be a sponsor of the event. Please indicate your sponsorship choices below.
ð 1. Advertising in Registration Materials and Conference Brochure $50
Your Company name and logo included in all correspondences advertising the conference.
ð 2. Virtual Commercial $100 each
Short pre-recorded commercial for your company to be broadcast prior to a designated presentation
ð 3. Virtual Meet and Greet or Speaker Sponsor $150
Sign on 30 minutes prior to a designated morning or afternoon session to speak personally with conference participants or sponsor a speaker.
ð 4. Sponsor e-card raffle
Donate and sponsor an e-card raffle of any chosen amount prior to a morning or afternoon session. Please indicate amount: ____________
