Did you know that your story can be a catalyst for better financial aid policies in Washington's higher education system?

The Washington Student Engagement Networks (WA-SEN) 2020 Student Summit is going virtual! We've come together every fall since 2017 to celebrate the power of our stories and learn how to educate legislators about the importance of supporting higher education for all Washingtonians. We focus on closing the racial, gender, and income opportunity gap.

This free virtual summit for college students is for every level of comfort with advocacy work. If you think you're a newbie, you are a perfect future WA-SEN member! If you think you are a legislative expert, you're a perfect future WA-SEN member!

Hear from some amazing speakers and fellow students from across 50 campuses who are passionate about access to education, civic engagment through the legislative process, and advocating for equitable education leading through the lens of race.

Yes, the scarves are back! All participants will receive fabulous swag* (we'll ask for shipping address when you register), rich conversation, and lunch is provided! Drop by the virtual spa for yoga or cooking. Over lunch you can enjoy the virtual DJ or a poetry reading. Hear from elected officials and a few local celebrities too!

*Register by October 12 for fabulous swag shipped to your location
