Did you know that your story can be a catalyst for better financial aid policies in Washington's higher education system?

The Washington Student Engagement Networks (WA-SEN) 2021 Student Action Summit is virtual this year! We've come together every legislative session since 2017 to use our stories to educate legislators about the importance of supporting higher education for all Washingtonians. We focus on closing the racial, gender, and income opportunity gap. We will provide practical interactive training that you'll take to use during our day in Olympia during the 2022 legislative session.

This free virtual interactive training for college students is for every level of comfort with advocacy work. If you think you're a newbie, you are a perfect future WA-SEN member! If you think you are a legislative expert, you're a perfect future WA-SEN member!

This training will be a refresher for those who have attended WA-SEN events before but we'll dig deeper into applying what you learned, and offer new training toward practical application meeting with legislators!

Hear from inspiring speakers and fellow students from across 50 campuses who are passionate about access to education, civic engagement through the legislative process, and advocating for equitable education--leading through the lens of race.

Care packages! All participants will receive individual care packages delivered to your door* (we'll ask for a shipping address when you register). There will also be rich conversation, and lunch** is provided!

*Register by October 27th for guaranteed care package shipped to your location

**Subject to availability
