Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM EDT

In 2021, suicide attempts among girls 12-17 were 50% higher compared to boys in the same age group (that rate was 3.7%). We'll be exploring the gender gap in mental health as well as the interplay of social, biological, and cultural factors behind it. We'll also chat with some of Providence's leading voices in youth wellness and provide resources that are immediately available to Rhode Island youth and their family members. Join us as we ask, what's going on?
