The 2016 Q3 WIS Ask-a-Mentor series is proud to host Chris Duffek (Captain, Corporate Aviation) and Kelly Barfield (VP, Passenger Services Supervisor), JP Morgan Chase. Chis and Kelly will speak to our “Support” pillar of the WIS mission - “Dealing with Difficult Cultures - a Unique Perspective"
Chris Duffek holds the title of Captain for the Corporate Aviation department at JPMOrgan Chase. He has been a corporate pilot since 2008. Prior to becoming a corporate pilot, Chris was a pilot and instrucor/examiner with the United States Air Force from 1985-2008. He's also a member of the National Business Aviation Association both as an International Operators Committee Member and International Operations Committee Regional Lead, Europe. Chris obtained a BS/MS in Meterology.
Kelly Barfield is the Passenger Services Supervisor for the Corporate Aviation department at JPMorgan Chase. She leads the Flight Attendant Group responsible for overseeing the safety and security of passengers on the firm’s corporate aircraft.
Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Barfield spent 3 years in the aviation department at American Express. She has been based in New York since 2007, but started her aviation career in Atlanta in 2002.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of West Georgia. She is also a member of the NBAA Lead Flight Attendant Committee and serves on the Customer Advisory Board for Gulfstream Aerospace. She lives in New York.
