In 2013, she co-founded Women Founders Network (WFN), a nonprofit organization focused on providing support and resources for female founders, and educating women & young women on entrepreneurship and investing. Darya has been recognized for her community work and the advancement of women by the LABJ and California Women Lead. She currently serves on the Board of the Los Angeles Westside YMCA. Darya earned her BA from Kalamazoo College, Certificate in Accounting from Northwestern University, and her MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

Elaine Hagan is Associate Dean of the Harold and Pauline Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, which oversees teaching, research, extracurricular and executive development programs related to entrepreneurship at UCLA Anderson School of Management. Elaine joined the Price Center as its chief operating officer in 1991, assumed her role as executive director in 2003 and serves as a member of the Center's Board of Advisors. Elaine has served as a resource and advisor to growing companies and entrepreneurial programs around the world, and works closely with the venture capital and private equity communities. Elaine received her bachelor's degree from the University of California at Irvine, where she studied mechanical engineering and the social sciences. She earned her MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Reneé LaBran

Reneé LaBran brings 25+ years of operating, strategic, and financial experience to the investment world. She is a partner with Rustic Canyon/Fontis Partners, managing a portfolio of later stage consumer product companies, and a Board Director for Idealab in Pasadena. Ms. LaBran was also a founding Partner of Rustic Canyon Partners, an early stage venture capital firm. She was appointed by Governor Brown to the Board of Trustees for the California State Bar Association, as a non-attorney public member. Prior to Rustic Canyon, Ms. LaBran held a variety of executive positions with the Los Angeles Times/Times Mirror. She was also a co-founder and served as Chief Executive Officer of CareerPath.com (now CareerBuilder), and a co-founder of Classified Ventures. Ms. LaBran graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California at Berkeley, and earned an M.B.A. with honors from the Harvard Business School.
