The Katherine M. Bray Women’s Leadership Conference provides women with an interactive, intergenerational exploration of 21st century leadership. The conference creates a platform on which multi-faceted discussions occur on an intergenerational scale during an annually re-imagined leadership conference. Our mission is to build a culture that supports women leaders at Davidson College and in the greater Davidson community through the exploration of a wide range of strategies for effective leadership, the examination of current issues surrounding leadership and the development of a network for women leaders. This year, our conference will be held on Saturday, April 4th, 2020. We are excited to announce that our theme is Women Making Change: Exploring Female Entrepreneurship.
