Please join the Ynet 2.0 project team and your colleagues for your half-day, face-to-face training on Wednesday 16 October ahead of the launch of this exciting new loan management platform. As your ability to competently use this market leading software is pivotal to your success, your attendance and active participation is a pre-requisite to migrating your existing loan data and providing your Ynet 2.0 login details. Similarly, prior to your attendance at this training, you must invest the time to thoroughly view the eight short explanatory videos on YBR Professional via the following link https://professional.ybr.com.au/course/195 .

Additionally, all support staff who participate in this training will be provided with access to YBR Professional and the videos.

Ynet 2.0 represents a significant advance in YBR broker tools and ask that you prepare thoroughly for your training by viewing the videos, bringing your laptop and power cord as well as your positive and inquisitive self. A Training Manual will be provided for taking notes and as a reference document to take back to your branch.
