For advanced features like customizing the event page or confirmation emails, you can purchase the Premium Features for Free Events add-on, available for a flat annual fee with a trial option.

    No, it’s free to sign up and post your event on Eventzilla. There are no monthly or ongoing charges. Eventzilla charges a fee only when attendees pay to buy a ticket or register for your event.

    Eventzilla charges a service fee for paid events, which varies based on your selected plan (BASIC, PRO, or PLUS). The fee applies to each registered attendee. Payment processing fees depend on your chosen payment processor. Refer to the pricing table for detailed fees.

    Eventzilla supports gateways like PayPal, Stripe, BrainTree, Authorize.net, and eWay. Check your processor’s website for specific fees. Eventzilla Payments (powered by Finix) charges 2.9% + 99 cents per transaction.

    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Debit Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

    Yes, you can choose to either absorb Eventzilla’s service fee or pass it directly to your attendees.

    With PayPal, you can manually withdraw funds to your bank account anytime. Stripe processes funds on a 7-day rolling basis (2-day in the US). For other processors, refer to their website for payout settings and frequencies.

    Yes, we offer a 25% discount on our fee for non-profit organizations. This discount applies to the platform fee, not the credit card processing fee. Create your event page and email the event name and your registered email address to help@eventzilla.net to receive the discount.

    We support 25 currencies, including USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, and more. Note that not all payment processing options are available for all currencies.

    Yes, you can accept payments via cash, check, and bank transfer.

    With PayPal, our service fee is deducted during transactions. For other payment methods and offline registrations, we send an invoice at the end of the month for easy online payment.
