This is a Christ-centered weekend to unplug from all of the chaos of caseworkers, attorneys, bio visits, behavior management and trauma. We are gathering foster mamas to spoil you for a weekend. Take long naps, have all of your food served to you, enjoy meaningful, uninterrupted conversation...whatever you need to go home refueled.
We will be staying at a retreat center in Dripping Springs, Texas. You'll have access to lots of nature and falling asleep to the sounds of the river (and maybe a rooster), but if that's not your jam, the lodging and gathering areas are nowhere near primitive.
Everyone will be sharing space with a couple of other foster mamas, but you will have your own bed (some top bunks are involved)!
