INSTRUCTOR

 

 

JOHN TAYLOR owns and operates HF3 Consulting, where he manages a mentoring program, business to government relations, proposal writing, and contract management. John is a former contracting officer and chief negotiator with the U.S. Department of Defense. He retired from the Army after three combat tours (Gulf War, Somalia, and Haiti). While serving in the military, he held the position of Logistician and Instructor of logistics and contracting. John Taylor graduated from Savannah State University with a B. A. in Business Administration (Management). He is currently attending Liberty University in pursuit of an M. A. in Leadership. John also holds certificates in contracting, purchasing, and logistics. Mr. Taylor’s military awards range from the Army Service Ribbon to the Bronze Star. John’s primary goal is to “educate vendors in the area of federal government contracting.“
