Private Tour with Jason Odell September 2-11, 2024

Join Jason Odell on a private 9-night tour for photo enthusiasts, round-trip from Dublin, Ireland.

Join a private small-group tour of Ireland designed for photo enthusiasts. This group is limited to 11 people, and our stops will be structured to maximize your creative photographic opportunities. You'll also receive photographic instruction from Jason Odell, a professional photographer with over 18 years of experience in digital photography, processing, and workflow.

Private Driver

Our tour includes private transportation for the group, and I’ve arranged for us to have plenty of extra space for our luggage and camera gear. In addition to the planned stops, you’ll have lots of time to explore the small towns on your own self-directed photo walks each day.

Photography Instruction by Jason Odell

I’ll be with you at every step to offer hands-on photography instruction, image review and critique, and creative field techniques so that your photos will be just as unforgettable as your memories. You'll learn photographic techniques with both DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, plus smartphone photography.

Itinerary

Sept. 2-4: Dublin
We'll be staying in the heart of Dublin where we'll have three days to explore this amazing city. Includes: Guinness Storehouse Tour, Jameson Distillery Tour, plus individual exploration time. Everyone receives a48-hour Hop on, Hop Off bus pass to make getting around Dublin even easier!

Sept. 5: Kilkenny
En route to Kilkenny, we'll tour Wicklow Mountains National Park, Glendalough, and Kilkenny Castle.

Sept. 6-7: Killarney, County Kerry
We'll make our way to Killarney, through the Glen of Aherlow, County Tipperary, and stop at the medieval buildings at the Rock of Cashel (included). We'll then make our way through County Cork and stop at the Blarney Castle (admission included).

We'll visit Muckross House and Gardens (admission included), set in Killarney Naitonal Park, then continue to explore the countryside of County Kerry.

Sept. 8-9: Ennis, County Clare
From Killarney, we'll make our way to County Clare, stopping in Adare Heritage Village, Dingle, Conor Pass, and Slea Head. The next day, we'll make our way to the Cliffs of Moher (included admission), to photograph this majestic view. We'll continue with more photo stops in County Clare to round out our day.

Sept 10-11: Malahide, County Dublin
We make our way back to the Dublin area with stops at the Belvedere House and Gardens and Clonmacnoise. We'll overnight in the town of Malahide, County Dublin and then head to the airport the following day to return home.

• $6899 per person (Solo travelers)
• Non-photographer companions receive a $500 discount

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation fees: Before 12/31/2023: $250 per person
After 12/31/23: $500 per person
All remaining payments are non-refundable after 3/31/24 unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
